The product description
This product is made of nylon 66 resin as the base material, modified with impact resistant modifier, and reinforced by adding 15% and 30% glass fiber.
It is available in grey and black. It is the injection grade specification. Ecru can be dyed into various colors according to demand. The main purpose of adding impact modifier is to improve the sensitivity and thickness dependence of pure nylon 66 resin to notch during impact test, and to improve the notch impact strength of nylon 66 at room temperature and low temperature. The main purpose of glass fiber addition is to increase the strength, rigidity, size stability and heat resistance of the substrate.
Therefore this product is suitable for the occasion which needs both toughness and rigidity.
