Product Description:
This product uses general-grade AS (Acrylonitrile Styrene) resin as the base material, reinforced with 8-18% carbon fiber to enhance its mechanical properties and static dissipation characteristics. It is typically black but can be dyed gray according to requirements, meeting injection molding specifications. In products with 8% carbon fiber content, the surface resistance can reach 10^5-8 ohms, while those with 18% carbon fiber can achieve a surface resistance of 10^3-5 ohms, making this material suitable for applications requiring static control or conductivity.
